Production Logistics & Inquiries

Clear communication is essential for smooth productions. Here is how we collaborate with brands, agencies, and marketing directors.

Our workflow consists of four structured phases: (1) Discovery & Creative Planning to define objectives, shot lists, and logistical schedules; (2) Principal Photography / Production with cinema camera packages, lighting, and aerial capture; (3) Post-Production including editorial assembly, color grading in ACES/DaVinci, and custom sound design; and (4) Revisions & Final Master Delivery in multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) formatted for broadcast and digital campaigns.

Yes. Rob LaColla is an FAA Part 107 Certified Commercial Remote Pilot. We maintain comprehensive aviation liability insurance and handle all airspace authorizations, LAANC approvals, and flight compliance for every shoot.

We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, and regularly travel throughout the state (Los Angeles, Orange County, Joshua Tree, Central Coast) as well as nationally and internationally (with previous productions in Madrid, Singapore, and Austria).

Turnaround times depend on project scope. Commercial brand films typically deliver a first cut within 7–14 business days. For corporate events and conferences requiring rapid media release, we offer expedited same-day and 48-hour highlight edit workflows.
